PROJECT CLEAN WATER AND YOUTH 4H20
Creating a More Sustainable San Diego Through Education
In February of 2022, we received the opportunity to work with the nonprofit Project Clean Water as one of their Youth 4H20 microgrant recipients. The grant enabled us to create an in-depth and immersive curriculum for elementary and middle school students, as well as interview prominent leaders working to help runoff issues in San Diego. Through this partnership, we were able to go to a local elementary school, teach fifth graders, and form amazing connections around our community. We look forward to working more with Project Clean Water in the future and spreading more awareness about stormwater and runoff!

BOBIER ELEMENTARY COLLABORATION
We had a great time at Bobier Elementary! Together we were able to take a closer look at what's in our stormwater: finding plants, dirt, and even some small animals! Not only did we find some very cool things within stormwater, we also learned about the water cycle and where stormwater comes from and where it goes.
Check us out working with Bobier Elementary School!
